About Megan Foley

Growing up in Baltimore, Megan spent every summer as a kid in Ocean City working for local businesses through high school and college. She graduated with a degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park and began her career in the mortgage business in 1997. With a love of real estate, she began investing in properties in both Ocean City and Baltimore in 1999 and in 2009, she obtained her Real Estate license. Her passion for the water and her childhood 2nd home brought Megan back to Ocean City full time in 2010.

 

With her 18+ years of residential lending experience, two decades of buying and selling investment properties, and her dedication to her work, Megan is very comfortable and knowledgeable with the buying and selling process and loves to share this passion with her clients. She is currently licensed in both MD and DE.
