Title and Closing

Several days prior to closing we will review the final settlement statement with you to confirm the final closing costs and figures. We will meet you at the property prior to closing for a walkthrough to confirm everything is as it should be. If there are any required repairs as a result of the property inspections we will confirm they have been completed prior to the final walkthrough.
