About Coastal Life

Coastal Life Realty Group is a locally owned and managed real estate brokerage that was built by real estate agents for real estate agents.  We are focused on helping agents organize, structure and scale their businesses so they can make more money, enjoy more time off and experience less stress in their lives.  We accomplish this by providing our agents with a strong support staff, best-in-class tools and technology and carefully crafted workflows and management systems.  Coastal Life Realty Group agents are identified based on their productive business activities and strong personal ethics.  It is not Coastal Life Realty Group’s desire to be the largest real estate brokerage, but it is our desire to be the best real estate brokerage in the area.  Below is an overview of the services and support that we provide to all Coastal Life Realty Group agents.

Transaction Coordinator
Coastal Life’s Transaction Coordinator assists in managing the day to day operations of Coastal Life Realty Group. They are well versed in all company processes, tools and systems, which enables them to assist Coastal Life agents and their clients wherever and whenever needed. Tasks that the Transaction Coordinator routinely assists with are resale package distribution, new listing and transaction set-up, marketing coordination, good-faith deposit processing, same-day commission payments and more. The Transaction Coordinator’s primary purpose is to save Coastal Life Realty Group agents valuable time.

New Listing Coordinator
Coastal Life’s Listing Coordinator coordinates and executes all aspects of the marketing for Coastal Life listings. They arrange for the professional photography, install signage and lockboxes, shoot our interactive 3-D virtual tours, prepare property flyers and direct mail campaigns, enter listings into the Multiple Listing Service and much more. Coastal Life agents can rest assured that when their listing lands on our Listing Coordinator’s desk the marketing will be completed promptly and will be of first-class quality across the board. Coastal Life’s Listing Coordinator saves our agents a lot of valuable time, effort and money that they can in turn utilize to expand their business or personal life.

Administrative Assistant
Coastal Life Realty Group’s Administrative Assistant assists with a variety of daily tasks. The Administrative Assistant performs numerous administrative and support functions “behind the scenes”, which frees up valuable time for our Transaction and Listing Coordinators. The Administrative Assistant also helps to ensure that all of the marketing and content that Coastal Life Realty Group produces for its agents is executed promptly and efficiently. As a result of these time savings, the Transaction and Listing Coordinators are able to focus their efforts on key support and marketing activities that have a significant impact on Coastal Life Realty Group agent’s businesses and success.

Coastal Life Vacations is our rental management company that specializes in quality vacation rentals in Ocean City and the surrounding areas. Coastal Life Vacations is focused on first-class service, best-in-class technology and attention to detail that results in great experiences for both our property owners and their guests. Along with being easily accessible and available to answer any property management questions you may have, Coastal Life Vacations can also provide detailed rental projections, rental histories, rental marketing plans, buyer and sell consultations and more. When you have a client that has property management needs you will be able to provide a seamless transition to Coastal Life Vacations.

Buyers consistently rate property photos as one of the most important factors in determining which properties they ultimately choose to schedule showings for.  Numerous studies have shown that the quality of a listing’s photos has a considerable impact on the number of showings, time on market and quality of offers received.  As a result, all Coastal Life Realty Group agents receive a full professional photography package for each of their listings.

3-D Virtual Tour

Make Your Listing Stand Out

There is a lot of competition in the real estate industry and agents need unique marketing to make themselves stand out.  To assist with this, Coastal Life has interactive 3-D virtual tours created for all of our listings.  These immersive 3-D tours enable buyers to tour our listings at any time, from any device and interact with the property much as if they were walking through it.  Walkthrough videos and digital floorplans can also be created from the virtual tours.

Unique Tool with a Variety of Uses

Exclusive listing websites are created for each of our agent’s listings, which include the professional photos, detailed descriptions, 3-D virtual tour, walkthrough video, maps and a digital floorplan.  Sign riders are made for each listing that drive consumers to the listing website, which looks great on mobile devices and prominently feature the listing agent.  The listing websites are also utilized on flyers, direct mail, new listing announcements, social media and more.

Find a Real Estate Agent

Coastal Life Realty Group provides its agents with high-quality brochures to be utilized at their listings.  These full-color brochures are printed on thick card stock and feature several high-quality images, detailed property descriptions, the website address of your property's exclusive listing website and agent contact information.  Buyers will look at several properties in a day and these high-quality brochures ensure our  listings stand out from the competition. 

Listing Announcements

Find a Real Estate Agent

Rather than waiting for agents to find our new listings, Coastal Life Realty Group puts them directly into their inbox.  Our new listing announcements feature a relevant header, several photos, a detailed description, listing agent contact information and links to all of the listing’s first class marketing materials.  If an agent has a client looking for a property similar to your new listing these new listing announcements will aid in letting them know about it immediately.

New Listing Coordination

Coastal Life Realty Group assists its agents with the cumbersome and time consuming process of properly launching a new listing.  All Coastal Life agents need to do is secure a signed listing agreement, ensure the property os ready for the market and Coastal Life support staff will take care of the rest.  The entire new listing process is managed through our online transaction management system, which provides full transparency into the new listing workflow and is a central hub for all of the respective listing's marketing materials.

As deals approach the closing date Coastal Life Realty Group starts coordinating the post-closing tasks for our agents.  We will assist with removing signage and lockboxes, dropping off keys to the Buyer’s agent, picking up closing paperwork and more.  This is another service that saves Coastal Life Realty Group agents a considerable amount of time and effort.

Sentrilock lockboxes are provided and installed on all Coastal Life listings and linked to the property in Showing Time and the Sentrilock app.

 

Agents drop a key off to the office and the Listing Coordinator gets several copies made and tests them at the property.

 

Coastal Life’s Listing Coordinator will store and install the signage of your choice at the listing.

 

The sign rider for the exclusive listing website will be ordered and placed at the property.

 

If the agent chooses the Listing Coordinator can fully and accurately enter the listing into the MLS system.

 

The Listing Coordinator will set-up the listing in Showing Time with instructions, lockbox details and Owner contact information.
